Balanced Nutrition & Hydration

Our thoughtfully prepared, diabetic-friendly meals are provided through Smart Plates™, a partnered nutrition service dedicated to making balanced eating simple and accessible. Each meal is thoughtfully curated by Chef Chery, with care given to wholesome ingredients, mindful portions, and nourishment that supports steady energy and balanced blood sugar—helping consistency feel more natural and sustainable.

Hydration matters, which is why we offer pH2O™ Hydration, our pH-balanced water provided in partnership with Cha Water. Our pH2O™ water is thoughtfully prepared using a structured and energetically charged process designed to support efficient hydration. This approach creates a smoother, more easily absorbed hydration experience—helping the body feel replenished more quickly and comfortably. ​Gentle stress management experiences that support rest and the nervous system—including sound baths, guided meditation, and mindfulness retreats—designed to calm the nervous system, ease mental overload, and create space for deep rest and emotional balance. In a world of constant screen exposure and digital stimulation, the nervous system is often kept in a heightened state of alert. Our retreats are hosted on a 20-acre open space surrounded by fresh air and mountain views, with gentle connection to nature—including horses and wide, quiet landscapes—creating an environment that helps ease screen fatigue, reduce sensory overload, and invite the body out of “always on” mode. These practices support deeper rest, clearer focus, and a renewed sense of presence.
